Solid Earth produces LIST-IT, a full-service Internet MLS application, typically on a contract basis, for Associations/Boards of REALTORS. The LIST-IT application is essentially a software project in that it has no version number or designated completion point. LIST-IT is maintained and continually enhanced by the Solid Earth team in a close partnership with Association/Board leadership and staff.
Within the LIST-IT application are a full range of searching, reporting, client management, CMA and dozens of customized productivity options to avail every possible tool to today’s real estate professional. LIST-IT also features a myriad of Association Staff tools to simplify and automate the many complications of day-to-day management.
Each LIST-IT installation includes a fully functional publicly-facing web, providing the Association/Board with a powerful presence as the single repository for consumer-based real estate data.

Solid Earth also provides real-time data IDX services with direct marketing links into the MLS proper. TheLIST-IT IDX Gateway is at the forefront of IDX products and continues to evolve as advanced web marketing techniques enter the real estate community. Solid Earth is a leader in this effort.
