LIST-IT Gateway is a series of links which you can add to your existing web site or to the Free Web Site provided by Solid Earth.  The major features are:

An Advanced Property Search Tool - Used if you want to allow consumers an open-ended search function.  The Property Search Tool is simple and has been created based on extensive feedback from consumers and real estate agents over the last 6 years.
Lead Optimized Search Results - When the matched properties are displayed, all "foreign" listing agent contact information is removed and leads are routed back to you by email.
Color Customization - You can also alter the color of the search tool and results to match your exiting site (see inset) and make the MLS data appear to fit into your company's color theme.
A Saved Search linking tool - Any saved search in the MLS system can be a button or link on your web site or sites.  For example: all active waterfront properties or all active listings in a particular subdivision or project.
A Featured Properties button - For your sellers, you can feature your current active inventory without ever having to re-key anything into a second database.  Use this link to simply refer to the MLS for your or your office's list of current active listings.
A Registration option - Consumers may request you to send them listings from the MLS automatically, or they may want to save specific searches or properties.  If they wish to have these abilities, they must register with you.  The registration function prompts them for this information and automatically inserts that information into the MLS as a new prospect.
